Crosby Hotel Sale Featured in IL Release

1 18 Delphi Opera House and Crosby 750In late 2017, Delphi Preservation Society finalized the sale of 111 S. Washington Street to a new preservation partnership with visions of restoring the 1865 building.  Delphi Square Partners, LLC, comprised of partners Anita Werling, Bonnie Moxwell, Jeff Been, and Eric Graninger, have plans to complete much needed repairs and develop a first floor tenant, possibly a restaurant.  As a condition of the sale, DPS worked with Indiana Landmarks to create a preservation easement to protect the building from from renovations that don't maintain the character of the building and the Historic Courthouse Square.  Their work with Indiana Landmarks, the restoration of the Opera House, and an exciting upcoming event were recently featured in the Indiana Landmarks newsletter.
