Treasurer Tara Garrison provided a financial report. Tom Atkinson discussed the highlights of the year and announced the retiring board members: Greg Norman, Julie Knoeller, Jane Miller, Jim Staggs, Dick Traeger, and Anita Werling. The slate of new board members was presented and approved by the membership with Karyl Traeger and Beverly Seese as the newest directors.

Flora DepotMelissa BishopMelissa Bishop presented the program with an interesting look into the history and restoration of Flora's Vandalia Railroad Depot. The Flora Main Street organization has been restoring the depot since 2013 when it saved the building from destruction by dismantling it and storing it until funds could be raised for its relocation and restoration.  With a generous grant from the North Central Health Services, the Flora Depot has been reconstructed near its original location with exterior restoration complete. Plan for its interior restoration as a museum and meeting center are underway along with plans for further site development.

The meeting was adjourned and the audience delighted in refreshments provided by Jane Miller, Barry Knechtel, and Hannah Mears.
